Based on the West Coast of Scotland, I am enthused to offer a range of ethically Inspired, exclusive nature photography and guided tours. Boasting some of the most breathtaking scenery in Scotland, Argyll is a photographers and nature lover's paradise.

My exclusive tours and experiences are designed to take you on a journey, to witness this for yourself while providing those of you who wish, with the opportunity to improve your photography skills. Operating near Oban and throughout Argyll I aim to protect our wild habitats and wildlife. Therefore, my photography, guided tours and experiences are designed for a maximum of three people. Smaller groups provide a more unique and exclusive experience allowing participants to immerse themselves in the calm of the natural environment and capture stunning images. All levels of photography experience are catered for and where required I am happy to offer advice.

From rugged and atmospheric landscapes to Otters and White Tailed Eagles in their natural habitat there are indeed lots of potential subjects to Inspire. Join me, Gillian, Shutter Release's relaxed photographer and guide, on either, a half or full day nature photography or guided tour. My nature photography and guided tours cater for all levels of photographer and fitness levels. Ethically designed for a maximum of three participants, my nature photography and guided tours travel into some of the wilder locations near Oban, throughout Argyll and sometimes beyond. Our small group sizes provide a more unique and exclusive experience allowing participants to immerse themselves in the calm of the natural environment and also capture stunning images.

All levels of photography experience- from the complete beginner to the advanced. I also cater for all levels of fitness. My nature photography and guided tours are designed to offer a unique and exclusive experience that sets us apart from others. I will guide you through each location, sharing knowledge and experience to help you capture stunning images. where required, I give advice freely throughout your tour eg. general set ups, technique and subject matter. Whether you are a beginner or experienced photographer my tours are tailored to meet your needs and achieve your goals.By the end of the day, as you gain more confidence photographing in the wild outdoors, perhaps you will even try something different and unleash more of your own creativity!
If you're not interested in Photography, but fancy some time for you Immersed in nature, then you're still very welcome. I guarantee that you will have a truly unique experience.
Although we visit some off the beaten track locations near Oban and throughout Argyll, they are accessible to all fitness levels. Some walking will however be required but no more than two or three miles.
